Our aim is to work with both our Heylo homeowners and the regulator to drive higher levels of customer satisfaction, accountability and landlord performance.


With first-hand experience of our services, your feedback really can help us to improve. 


We regularly ask for customer feedback by way of customer satisfaction surveys, but we are always contactable via email on [email protected] or via telephone on 0203 744 0415 and we welcome your feedback at any time.


One of the ways that we actively engage with our customers is via our Customer Committee. A Committee of the Heylo Housing RP Board, this important group offers our customers a voice, and meets regularly to discuss a wide range of topics that impact our customers.
